Bella Poarch

Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on February 9, 1997 to her natural Filipino parents. Bella Poarch's grandmother lived the slums in Manila up to the time she reached three. Her adoptive father, a Philippine-American from a military background, was white, and American. She has claimed she and the adopted brother were neglected by the adoptive parents since the time she was a child until her entry into the army. After a brief stay in San Francisco, her family relocated to Texas to help her father undergo bypass surgery. Physical abuse stopped in the end, however her father continued to emotionally abuse her in the her home. After turning 18 she joined an organization called the United States Navy. Poarch began her TikTok account in April of 202020. She quickly rose to fame, amassing over 40 million followers within less than eight months. Her videos were uploaded in a variety of formats, however her most popular hit was a video for Millie B's viral song Soph Aspin Send. An edited clip of her rhythmically lip-syncing the melody and jumping in time to it was a viral video that was the top TikTok video. Following her joining TikTok she started an account on YouTube as well as a Twitter account in order to make the most of her popularity. Poarch attained her height of fame in December 2020. Two big Esports professional teams were said to be keen on her. FaZe Clan & 100 Thieves both showed interest in hiring the creator of the content for their own brands.
